Chimney Caps
Sample project: the photos show this kind of work, and the job details will be replaced with real Clear Sky jobs.
Example photo of this type of work.
Sample project: open clay flue tiles on a concrete crown were fitted with mesh screens to keep birds and leaves out.
The problem
Sample scenario: birds had been landing on the open flues, and leaves were collecting on the smoke shelf.
What we did
- Measured each flue tile.
- Fitted a mesh screen to every flue.
- Fastened them so wind can't lift them off.
The result
Sample outcome: every flue covered, with draft left open.
