Which service should I book if my fireplace smokes?
Start with a fireplace repair visit. Smoke spillage can come from a dirty flue, a damper problem or a blocked cap, and we'll test for each before recommending cleaning or repair.
Do I need an inspection and a cleaning, or just one?
A yearly inspection is the baseline under NFPA 211. Cleaning is done when the inspection shows buildup. If you burn regularly, booking both together is usually simplest.
Can you handle the chimney, ducts and dryer vent in one visit?
Yes. List everything in your request so we can plan enough time and bring the equipment for each job.
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes. Any work beyond what you booked is explained and priced in writing first, and nothing starts until you agree. More on how we work.
