What we do
Chimney, air duct & dryer vent services
Each service starts the same way: we look at the whole path the smoke or air takes before recommending anything. A smoky fireplace might be a dirty flue, or it might be a missing cap or a damper that won't open. You get the cause, not a guess.
Most requested Chimney Cleaning
Creosote, soot, leaves and nesting material brushed out of the flue and smoke chamber, with the firebox vacuumed and the damper checked before we leave.

Chimney Inspection
A look at the flue, crown, flashing and firebox against the NFPA 211 annual-inspection standard, with a deeper camera inspection when you buy, sell or reline.

Chimney Repair
Cracked crowns, loose bricks, failed mortar joints and leaking flashing traced to the cause, then repaired so water stops getting into the masonry.

Air Duct Cleaning
Supply and return ducts, registers and the air handler cleaned as one system, when there's a real reason to: visible mold, pests, or heavy dust coming out of the vents.

High demand Dryer Vent Cleaning
Lint cleared from the whole run between the dryer and the outside flap, plus a check that the duct isn't crushed and the flap opens.

Chimney Cap Installation
A cap sized to your flue keeps rain, birds and debris out and puts a mesh screen between your fire and the roof.
